- NON–AUTHORIZED merchandise returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be AUTHORIZED within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days, returns may not be accepted. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Please call for authorization.
There will be no returns accepted on Speedo®, TYR®, FINIS or A3 Performance® suits as these suits are considered custom orders by Aqua Gear Direct™. You must have a return authorization to return any Aqua Gear Direct merchandise. Please call for authorization. Our suits cannot be returned due to Health Department Policy. - Privacy Policy

- Suit Care
- Aqua Gear Direct™ highly recommends the use of a chlorine neutralizer such as the products found on page 21. Do not machine wash. Do rinse in fresh water and hang dry after use. Do not put in laundry dryer or store wet. Please be aware that certain light colored swimsuits (i.e. red, white), even with double liners still have degrees of transparency when wet. Colors cannot be guaranteed to be UV resistant or colorfast. Dark primary colors are generally more colorfast than bright colors.
- Terms
- COD or Net 30, with approved credit only. Customers wishing to establish a net 30 account must complete an application for credit. Approved accounts will be authorized by corporate headquarters on a case by case basis. Entities with multiple ship destinations must include all locations on the application. We also accept VISA or MasterCard. Accounts delinquent over thirty(30) days will be assessed a nance charge of 2% per month 24% annum, unless pre–approved before placing order.
- Bids
- Aqua Gear Direct™ wants to be included in any and all opportunities to bid any apparel or aquatics related materials or decoration. All agencies requiring bid specications, please contact our corporate ofce toll free at 1–866–FAST–TO–U (327–8868).
- Personal Orders
- Our preferred method of payment is VISA or MasterCard. If a credit card is not available we also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment must be made at the time of order.
- Tax Exempt Organizations
- (Illinois only) Please fax or mail a copy of your state exemption certicate. Aqua Gear Direct™ will keep this copy on le for the duration of its approved status.
- Shipping
- All normal orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground unless expressed otherwise. At an extra expense Saturday delivery, Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are additional options. We will be unable to also guarantee shipment arrival by Memorial day on any orders placed on Tuesday, March 22 after 3pm.

- Net 20 with approved orders.
