- Due to Health Dept. regulations, swimwear may not be returned. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be authorized within 10 day of receiving the order. After 10 days, Returns will not be accepted.
- Suit Care
- DO NOT machine wash. DO rinse in fresh water and hang dry after use. DO NOT put in laundry dryer or store wet. PLEASE be aware that certain light colored swimsuits (i.e. red, white), even with double liners still have degrees of transparency when wet. Colors cannot be guaranteed completely sun or colorfast. Dark primary colors are generally more colorfast than bright colors.
- Terms
- COD or Net 30, with approved credit only. Customers wishing to establish a net 30 account must complete an application for credit. Approved accounts will be authorized by corporate headquarters on a case by case basis. Entities with multiple ship destinations must include all location on the application. We also accept VISA or MasterCard. Accounts delinquent over thirty(30) days will be assessed a finance charge of 2% per month 24% annum, unless pre-approved before placing order.
- Bids
- AQUA GEAR DIRECT wants to be included in any and all opportunities to bid any apparel or aquatics related materials or decoration. All agencies requiring bid specifications please contact our corporate office toll free at 1-866-FAST-TO-U (327-8868).
- Personal Orders
- Our preferred method of payment is VISA or MasterCard. If a credit card is not available we also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment must be made at the time of order.
- Tax Exempt Organizations
- (Illinois only) Please fax or mail a copy of your state exemption certificate. AQUA GEAR DIRECT will keep this copy on file for the duration of its approved status.
- Shipping
- Orders are shipped UPS ground unless expressed otherwise. At an extra expense next day , second day and three day select are additional options.
- Government Orders
- Net 20 with approved orders.
- Custom Orders
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for production depending on item and time of year. Call for detailed times.
